However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in 14 days after the order arrived at your door.

We'll send you a return label to proceed with.
The return cost will be deducted from the refund total.

- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs.
- All return products must be in brand new, unworn, resalable condition. With original tags attached.
- Please packed the clothing items in plastic/protective bags or put them in a box to prevent damage during transportation. (For shoes please pack them in a box to avoid damage.)
《Sale & Discount》
Items sold as part of a sale or discount are final sale and not eligible for returns nor exchanges.
《Altered Items & Made-To-Order》
Made-To-Order items are not eligible for return.
Items that have request hemming or alteration are not eligible for return.
《Cost Implications of Non-Compliance with Return Instructions》
Please note that any costs incurred—including customs duties and taxes—as a result of failing to follow the return instructions provided by us, either via email or as stated here, will be deducted from the refund or credit amount.
