Introducing the Sakura Slub Selvedge, a heavyweight 16.5oz Japanese Selvedge Denim woven on vintage shuttle looms in Okayama, Japan.
Naked & Famous crafts this denim with big slub yarns, creating variable thickness that not only enhances the fabric's texture but also affects dye penetration during the rope dyeing process.
As the denim ages, different sections of the yarn fade at varying rates, revealing a rich spectrum of indigo shades. The interior weft is dyed a pinkish hue, reminiscent of Japanese Cherry Blossoms, or “Sakura,” adding a subtle cherry undertone to the denim.
Composed of 100% cotton, this denim offers a classic rigid raw denim feel. Each pair, made in Naked & Famous's Canadian factory, features contrast stitching, a button fly, antique copper-colored hardware, and a Horween color 8 burgundy pull-up leather patch.

Hemming will take 3~4 working days.
Once an item is been hemmed, it will not be eligible for return or refund.
For the length on sanforized raw denim, it is recommend to add 2-3cm in length considering the shrinkage after first wash.
For unsanforized denim, we normally would offer them in rinsed condition, hence there is no need to consider shrinkage.
